An e-clinic is a healthcare service that operates primarily online: consultations, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care delivered remotely through digital platforms. For a leading European university medical centre, RemSoft.Dev's senior .NET engineering contributed to the patient-care platform spanning websites and mobile applications. The work covered APIs on .NET 6 alongside an existing .NET Framework 4.8 estate, serverless components on Azure Functions, and Angular front ends - the combination that lets a large institution modernise patient-facing services without rewriting everything at once.
